Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rudhra Collections LLC. This policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping or local pickup at this time.

Processing time Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) after your order is placed. During festivals, sales or other busy periods, processing may take a little longer. We will contact you if there is a delay with your order.

Shipping options and costs

  • Standard shipping: estimated delivery in 5–8 business days after your order ships.
  • Express shipping: estimated delivery in 2–3 business days after your order ships.

Shipping costs vary based on your delivery location and the shipping option selected. Available shipping options and final costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping insurance All orders are shipped with insurance. A signature is not required on delivery, so please make sure someone can receive the package or that it can be left in a safe place.

Lost or damaged packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). For damaged items, please include photos of the item and the packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and, once the claim is resolved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.
